What's One "Life Hack" Everyone Believes That Actually Doesn't Work?
Every few months, a new "life hack" takes over the internet.
Wake up at 5 a.m.
Drink lemon water.
Make your bed every morning.
Manifest your success.
Follow the "10X" rule.
Never skip leg day.
Take cold showers.
Read one book a week.
Some people swear these habits changed their lives.
Others tried them for a month and saw absolutely no difference.
It got me thinking...
How many of these so-called "life hacks" are actually helpful, and how many are just recycled advice that sounds good on social media?
For me, the biggest one is "Money can't buy happiness."
Maybe it can't buy happiness directly—but it sure can reduce a lot of stress. Paying your bills on time, fixing your car, taking a vacation, or not worrying about groceries definitely makes life easier.
So here's my question...
What's one life hack that everyone seems to believe, but in your experience, is complete nonsense?
No judgment. Just real-life experience.
Let's hear the unpopular opinions.
