## Has Social Media Made People Less Happy?
I've been wondering about this for a while.
Social media was supposed to help us stay connected, but sometimes it feels like it's doing the exact opposite.
Everyone seems happier online than they do in real life. Perfect vacations. Perfect families. Perfect jobs. Perfect bodies. Perfect lives.
But is any of it real?
It seems like we're comparing our everyday lives to everyone else's highlight reel, and that's a losing battle.
On the other hand, social media has helped people reconnect with old friends, learn new skills, build businesses, and even find support during difficult times.
So maybe the problem isn't social media itself—maybe it's how we use it.
I'm genuinely curious...
Do you think social media has made people happier, more anxious, or just more addicted to validation?**
What's one thing you've noticed about yourself—or the people around you—since social media became such a big part of everyday life?
